Where we stage
More Than 70 Recent Projects Across New York
From our studio at Brooklyn Navy Yard, Building 77, we have recently staged or are currently staging more than 70 projects across the New York area. About half are in Manhattan, from the model residences at One Wall Street and 55 Warren Street to co-ops on the Upper East Side. Most of the rest are in Brooklyn, where townhouses in Bed-Stuy like 241 MacDonough Street and 134 Macon Street sit alongside new development such as 179 North 10th Street in Williamsburg.
Every project is staged with pieces from our own warehouse and installed by our own crews, so drive time from the studio shapes how quickly we can walk through, install and pick up. The projects shown above are a selection. The table below covers the full spread of our recent work by area.

Do you stage occupied homes?
Yes. We stage both occupied and vacant resale properties, editing and layering what is already there or staging the home from scratch.
Can you stage several units in one building?
Yes. We have staged model programs across multiple residences and floors, including the penthouse and Unit 2 at 402 Union in Brooklyn.
