241 MacDonough Street, Bed-Stuy

Staging for Brooklyn Townhouses, Lofts and New Development

Brooklyn is home. Our studio and warehouse are at the Navy Yard, 5 to 25 minutes from most neighborhoods. Recent projects include townhouses at 241 MacDonough Street and 134 Macon Street in Bed-Stuy, model units at 179 North 10th Street in Williamsburg and 402 Union Street, where the penthouse went into contract in 14 days, and current work in Clinton Hill and Downtown Brooklyn.

Brooklyn homes ask for a lighter touch than a showroom. Parlor floors with original millwork, garden levels that open to the yard, lofts with timber ceilings and new condos with walls of glass each need furniture scaled to the room and a story that feels local.

We design every Brooklyn project around the architecture, the light and the buyer, then stage it with pieces from our own warehouse with art from local artists.

“I want to take the opportunity to thank Daryna, Lyla, Lola and the entire crew at Stage One! They are an amazing staging company. They were helpful, professional, fast, friendly and reasonably priced! They transformed our condo and helped it to sell in less than a month! From the walkthrough, to design, build-out and take down, Stage One was helpful and professional. Truly a great team and outfit! We will definitely use them again! Thanks team!”
