What does Stage One do?
Stage One is a full-service staging company. We stage model units, sales galleries, resale listings, new construction homes and private homes.
Does staging really help a home sell?
According to the NAR 2025 Profile of Home Staging, 83% of buyers' agents say staging helps buyers visualize a property, 49% of sellers' agents reported less time on market and 29% saw offers 1% to 10% higher on staged homes.
