One Wall Street, Financial District
Staging for Manhattan Condos, Co-ops and New Development
Manhattan is where most of our work happens. We have staged model residences at One Wall Street and 55 Warren Street, resales at 200 East 20th Street and 50 Madison Avenue, and apartments from Battery Park City to Washington Heights. Each building asks for something different: a prewar co-op with a formal dining room, a glass tower framed by the skyline, a loft with columns through the living room.
We plan each install around the building as well as the apartment, including elevator reservations, delivery windows and building rules. Our studio is about 20 minutes from Midtown, so walkthroughs, installs and pickups stay on schedule.
Every piece comes from our own warehouse, which lets us scale furniture to a narrow prewar living room or a double-height penthouse without waiting on vendors. Most projects are installed 2 to 3 weeks from deposit.
