Staging for Upper East Side Co-ops and Condos

The Upper East Side is one of our busiest areas. We are currently staging at 6 East 93rd Street in Carnegie Hill and 420 East 72nd Street, and have staged homes at 350 East 72nd Street, 355 East 86th Street, 400 East 85th Street and 401 East 84th Street in Yorkville. Our studio is about 30 minutes away.

Many homes here are prewar co-ops with formal rooms, galley kitchens and original details, or postwar buildings with good light and practical layouts. We stage them to feel current without losing their character: classic shapes, softer palettes and art that suits the room.

We plan each install around co-op building rules and delivery windows, and most projects are installed 2 to 3 weeks from deposit.

“I want to take the opportunity to thank Daryna, Lyla, Lola and the entire crew at Stage One! They are an amazing staging company. They were helpful, professional, fast, friendly and reasonably priced! They transformed our condo and helped it to sell in less than a month! From the walkthrough, to design, build-out and take down, Stage One was helpful and professional. Truly a great team and outfit! We will definitely use them again! Thanks team!”
