Bed-Stuy is one of our most active neighborhoods and about 10 minutes from the Navy Yard. We staged the townhouses at 241 MacDonough Street, 134 Macon Street and 596 Hancock Street, along with 1832 Fulton Street, and are currently staging at 179 Vernon Avenue.
Bed-Stuy is known for wide brownstone townhouses with parlor floors, original woodwork and deep gardens, many recently renovated. We stage them to show off both the history and the renovation, pairing classic pieces with warm modern ones so the house feels collected over time.
For two-family and multi-unit townhouses, we can stage the owner’s triplex and the rental unit, so buyers understand the full value of the house.
