One Wall Street, Financial District

Staging for Financial District and Battery Park City

Lower Manhattan is a short drive from our Navy Yard studio, about 15 minutes over the Brooklyn Bridge. We staged the model residences at One Wall Street, one of the largest office-to-residential conversions in the city, and have staged homes at 40 Broad Street, 380 Rector Place and 30 Little West Street in Battery Park City.

Many Financial District homes are in converted office buildings with deep floor plates, or in towers with water and skyline views. We stage them to feel warm and residential, using texture, layered lighting and art so the space reads as a home and not an office.

For developers, we design model units that set the tone for the whole building and give the sales team assets they can use for the full campaign.

“Stage One deserves a solid 5-star rating for their incredible staging services for rental units, High end lobby and amenity staging. The transformation they achieved in our buildings was nothing short of remarkable. The furniture and decor selections perfectly showcased the potential of each space, making them highly appealing to prospective tenants. Their attention to detail and professionalism were impressive, and I attribute our quick rental success to their expertise. I couldn't recommend Stage One's staging services more highly!”
