From White Box to Home
A finished, empty unit shows square footage. A staged model shows a life. We design every model around the building’s materials and the buyer the sales team is targeting, then stage it with pieces from our own warehouse and art from local artists.
Recent models include One Wall Street in the Financial District, 55 Warren Street in Tribeca, 179 North 10th Street in Williamsburg, 402 Union Street, where the penthouse went into contract in 14 days, and 7711 River Road in North Bergen, New Jersey.
