How it works
Our Staging Process
Every Stage One project follows the same eight steps, from the first floor plan to the final piece of furniture. Most homes are installed 2 to 3 weeks from deposit, and you see the design before anything arrives.
What we stage
Staging for Every Stage of a Property

Model Units
Staged within new developments to align with leasing or sales goals.

New Construction Homes
Townhouses and single-family homes, often with outdoor spaces.

Resale Apartments and Listings
Occupied or vacant resale properties that need a competitive edge.

Leasing Galleries and Off-Site Showrooms
Fully staged spaces that help market pre-construction units.
Eight steps
From Floor Plan to Furniture Install
- 01
Floor plan received
Send us the floor plan and a few details about the property.
- 02
Estimate sent
We review the space and send an estimate based on its size and layout.
- 03
50% deposit
A 50% deposit confirms the project. Most installs follow 2 to 3 weeks later.
- 04
Project kick-off + onboarding meeting
We meet to align on goals, timing, buyer profile and building logistics.
- 05
Walkthrough + measurements
We visit the property, assess the space and take measurements.
- 06
Design & layout presentation
A furniture layout for the entire property and rendered elevations for each room, showing exact selections.
- 07
Client approval
Once you approve the design, we schedule the installation.
- 08
Furniture install
We deliver from our warehouse and arrange every piece into a warm, cohesive home.
Step 06
See Every Room Before Install
Before anything leaves the warehouse, you receive a design presentation: a layout for the whole property and rendered elevations for each room, showing the exact pieces we will bring.
