402 Union Street, Gowanus
Staging for Park Slope Brownstones and Condos
Park Slope is about 15 minutes from our studio. We have staged apartments at 282 Fourth Avenue, and nearby in Gowanus at 402 Union Street, where the penthouse went into contract in 14 days, and 395 Carroll Street. We have also worked in Prospect Heights and Crown Heights at 701 Prospect Place and 733 Lincoln Place.
Park Slope buyers are often families moving up from an apartment, so we stage brownstones and condos to show how daily life works: a real dining table, a kids’ room, a home office and a garden that feels like another room.
Along Fourth Avenue and in Gowanus, new condos call for model units that match the building and its buyers. We design those with the sales team.
