Staging for New Jersey Condos and Houses
We have staged 1404 Willow Avenue in Hoboken, model units at 7711 River Road in North Bergen and the house at 18 Paris Avenue in Rockleigh. Hoboken is about 30 minutes from our Brooklyn Navy Yard studio.
New Jersey work tends to fall into two groups. Along the Hudson waterfront, in Hoboken, Jersey City and North Bergen, we stage condos and model units that face the Manhattan skyline. In Bergen County and beyond, we stage larger houses with multiple living areas, where buyers want to see family life and entertaining.
Every project is staged with pieces from our own warehouse and delivered by our own crews, and most are installed 2 to 3 weeks from deposit.
