Brooklyn Heights is about 10 minutes from our studio. We staged the townhouse at 153 State Street, and nearby we have worked at 20 Rockwell Place and 372 Livingston Street in Downtown Brooklyn and 52 Fourth Avenue in Boerum Hill.
The Heights is one of the oldest landmark districts in New York, with brownstones, Federal-style row houses and prewar co-ops with harbor views. These homes have original moldings, fireplaces and parlor-floor proportions, so we stage with classic shapes, natural materials and a restrained palette that lets the details lead.
For townhouses, we stage each floor with a clear purpose, from the garden level to the top floor, so buyers see the whole house.
