55 Warren Street, Tribeca

Staging for Tribeca Lofts and New Development

Tribeca is one of our closest Manhattan neighborhoods, about 15 minutes over the Brooklyn Bridge from our Navy Yard studio. We staged the model residences at 55 Warren Street, have worked at 200 Chambers Street, and are currently staging at 111 Reade Street.

Tribeca homes tend to be wide, deep lofts with tall ceilings, original columns and windows on one or two ends. The challenge is giving every zone a purpose: a dining table that anchors the middle of the floor, a living area that holds the corner, a bedroom that still feels private in an open plan. We choose larger-scale pieces from our warehouse so the furniture reads in photos and in person.

For new development, we design model units that match the building’s materials and the buyer the sales team is targeting.
