Staging for Upper West Side Apartments
We are currently staging at 590 West End Avenue and 160 West 66th Street, and have staged homes at 400 West 61st Street and 80 Riverside Boulevard. The neighborhood is about 30 minutes from our Brooklyn Navy Yard studio.
The Upper West Side is known for large prewar apartments with classic layouts and river or park views, as well as newer towers along Riverside Boulevard. Many buyers here are families, so we stage children’s rooms, home offices and dining rooms that seat a table of eight, showing how every room can be used day to day.
Every project starts with a walkthrough and floor plan, then a design built from our own warehouse.
