Staging for SoHo, Nolita and NoHo Lofts
Our recent work around SoHo includes 14 Prince Street in Nolita, and we are currently staging at 36 Bleecker Street in NoHo. Both are a 15-minute drive from our Brooklyn Navy Yard studio, which keeps walkthroughs and installs easy to schedule.
SoHo homes are full of character: cast-iron facades, columns, exposed brick, freight-elevator entries and long floor plates with light at the ends. Buyers come for that character, so we stage around it with warm materials, real art and furniture scaled for 12-foot ceilings. In smaller walk-ups we do the opposite, editing down so every room feels larger and calmer.
Every SoHo project starts with a walkthrough and a floor plan, then a design built from our own warehouse.
