Staging for Queens Condos and New Development

Most of our Queens work is in Long Island City and nearby neighborhoods. We have staged The Pecora at 41-08 Crescent Street, 29-24 40th Avenue and 5-12 51st Avenue in Long Island City, 34-16 38th Street in Astoria and 41-34 45th Street in Sunnyside. LIC is about 20 minutes from our studio.

Long Island City has some of the most active new development in the city, with towers facing the Manhattan skyline. We stage model units and resales there to frame the view and make compact layouts feel larger.

In Astoria and Sunnyside, homes are often co-ops, condos and two-families with practical layouts. We stage them with warm, simple pieces that photograph well and appeal to a wide range of buyers.

“Stage One deserves a solid 5-star rating for their incredible staging services for rental units, High end lobby and amenity staging. The transformation they achieved in our buildings was nothing short of remarkable. The furniture and decor selections perfectly showcased the potential of each space, making them highly appealing to prospective tenants. Their attention to detail and professionalism were impressive, and I attribute our quick rental success to their expertise. I couldn't recommend Stage One's staging services more highly!”
