Staging for West Village Townhouses and Co-ops
The West Village and Greenwich Village are among our most active Manhattan areas. We are currently staging at 731 Greenwich Street, and have staged homes at 100 Bank Street, 43 West 12th Street, 45 Fifth Avenue and 69 Fifth Avenue. Our studio is about 20 minutes away.
Homes here range from narrow townhouses with a parlor floor and garden to prewar co-ops with fireplaces and original moldings. Rooms are often smaller than buyers expect, so we choose pieces that fit the room and keep walkways clear, and we use mirrors, lighting and soft textiles to make each room feel larger.
For townhouses, we stage every floor with a purpose, so buyers can see how the whole house works from the kitchen to the top-floor primary suite.
