Staging for Bronx Co-ops and New Rentals

The Bronx is about 35 minutes from our studio. We have not yet published a Bronx project, so the work shown here is nearby: 636 West 158th Street in Washington Heights, the Upper West Side and Upper East Side, and 1 Lyon Place in White Plains.

Housing in the Bronx ranges from Art Deco prewars along the Grand Concourse, to Riverdale co-ops with Hudson views, to new rental buildings in Mott Haven and Port Morris. Prewar homes need furniture scaled to classic layouts, while new rentals benefit from model units, lobby and amenity staging that help a building lease up.

We stage rental units, model units and resales, and every project starts with a walkthrough and floor plan.

“Stage One deserves a solid 5-star rating for their incredible staging services for rental units, High end lobby and amenity staging. The transformation they achieved in our buildings was nothing short of remarkable. The furniture and decor selections perfectly showcased the potential of each space, making them highly appealing to prospective tenants. Their attention to detail and professionalism were impressive, and I attribute our quick rental success to their expertise. I couldn't recommend Stage One's staging services more highly!”
